EBL, XRL, HE

Due to the large number of already accepted proposals using electron beam lithography (EBL), x-ray lithography (XRL) and hot embossing (HE), and because of a scheduled maintenance period we have to restrict or postpone new proposals requiring access to the above-mentioned technologies. New proposals will be accepted and queued by the peer review board strictly according to their scientfic relevance.
