New Reporting And Status Functionalities

When logged in, you will find new menu items in the proposal system: "Reporting" and "Status overview". The first allows to submit reports online, the latter lists your proposals showing their status and possible or required actions. A proposal history will be available soon. We're still eliminating minor bugs, so we're asking for your patience. We'll be happy to receive your feedback on functionality and usability, thank you.
